Stay flexible in this 2023/24 season: With our flex fee of 5 € per ticket, you can exchange your ticket for another date until until 12 noon the day before.

• Rebooking can be done via phone, at the box offices and via e-mail. If your wish to cancel occurs outside the opening offices of our Subscription and Ticket Services, the rebooking can be submitted via e-mail to kartenservice@staatstheater-hannover.de by the deadline.
• Please state the production and the exact performance date that you wish to change your tickets to. This can also be a different production of opera/drama/concert/ballet than the one which you had originally booked. Please also tell us the name of the person accompanying you, if applicable. In addition, we need a fully filled out SEPA direct debit mandate so that we will be able to collect any additional fees (e.g. higher ticket prices for your new chosen performance) per direct debit. Please note: rebooking tickets is not possible unless we have all necessary information by the rebooking deadline.
• These regulations do not apply for tickets purchased via Eventim or another ticket outlet (connect online). Customers will have to contact the respective ticket outlet to learn about their goodwill regulations.
• Last-minute cancellations at the evening box office are not possible.
